FAQ
Choosing an Avalanche wallet
Something else? Visit support or email us.
Which Avalanche wallet is best for me?
It depends on how you use Avalanche. If you want a browser extension or gasless transactions, Core is a strong fit. If you use many EVM chains on desktop, MetaMask or Rabby may suit you. If you want staking, Aave and Benqi, and Hyperliquid perps together on your phone, Wyro is built for that.
Which wallets can stake AVAX natively?
Native staking happens on the P-Chain, so you need a wallet with P-Chain support, such as Core or Wyro. EVM-only wallets work with the C-Chain but not the P-Chain.
How did you check these facts?
We used each wallet’s official website and help center (plus a few secondary sources, marked as such) and linked them. Everything was checked on November 4, 2026. If a cell says “Not documented”, we didn’t find it in their docs. It may still exist.
